Monster Hunter with the monster legs. Same cannot be said about PS4. How can it be supply constrained. I guess the MH success came as a surprise to them too.
I was thinking 150k for the month which wouldn't be a bad start at all. Maybe 500k-750k lifetime?Bayonetta 2 sold 68K in October NPD 2014, with 2 weeks, Bayonetta 2 on Switch has 3 weeks in February NPD 2018.
I'm hoping for 100K, or close to that.

Wasnt Bayo Digital at 30$ or 60$ but Bayo 1 bundled? If so, im interested in digital numbers of Bayo
Everything still dropping as expected.
PS4 and Switch back to the baselines we're now used to see.
What happened to have it 60k?DQB opening below what I thought
PS4 probably is supply constrained, not only at Amazon at the moment
A small boost to Switch hardware, and here I was expecting 60K this week.
Hopefully if Nintendo releases PR they tell us of Bayonetta 2 Numbers. Or John Harker tells us of course :PExcept Nintendo it seems

PS4 Pro went up but base PS4 had a big decline... strange.
Just how big is the stock issue with PS4 right now?
I guess it's not too surprising, traditional fighters aren't all that popular in Japan and XV2 had a huge DLC release that week with Jiren and UI Goku as well as a new character being pushed hard in multiple things (Fu).
Third week sales
[NSW] Bayonetta 2 - 3.428
[WIU] Bayonetta 2 - 3.398
Started slower but there we go, better legs.
Hokuto ga Gotoku is releasing next week.
I guess he expected DQB to push hardware sales higher? It's still selling based on supply anyway so unless we saw an uptick in shipments, I don't know?
I was thinking 150k for the month which wouldn't be a bad start at all.
Check the numbers again.Everything still dropping as expected.
PS4 and Switch back to the baselines we're now used to see.
Also we gotta wait if it's selling a few thousand a couple months past it's release then it has legs. You realise these numbers have a large margin of error, right?
Do we have any idea what MHW's digital sales might be now? Could it be around 2.7 million combined (unless I'm remembering wrong at it didn't sell over 500k digitally in the first few days)?
The curve is certainly much much shallowerThe difference is statical noise for now. We'll see in the coming weeks if it amounts to anything.
Well who knows, major Switch releases in the US bar Fire Emblem Warriors have outdone expectations :P
Looked up the number of DOOM for PS4...
It didn't appear in the Media Create CY 2015 chart...
<1.419 copies sold...
There is no reason to expect the PS4 dropping to its previous baseline. It will be higher this year for sure.

It's the same situation as the Wii U release.Wasnt Bayo Digital at 30$ or 60$ but Bayo 1 bundled? If so, im interested in digital numbers of Bayo
Is it coming to Switch? News to me.I predict DQB will be the next Switch title having legs.
Switch software sales are quite impressive. FighterZ will be a big success on Switch.

Happy for both of these games. Kingdom Battle deserves every sell it gets
I think people overestimate the selling power (of hardware) or Mon Hun in Japan on the long run,MH will keep selling for a very long time. There is no reason to expect the PS4 dropping to its previous baseline. It will be higher this year for sure.

306./000. [PS4] Doom <ACT> (Bethesda Softworks) {2016.05.19} (¥7.980) - 13.812 / NEW (6.164 <59,23%>)
unless im wrong (lots of time) the reason Bayo 2 did this bad in Japan is cause there retail (60$/ 6,000Yen) version was B2 only, no B1 code like in the westRetail version is 60$/€ with Bayonetta 1 as a download code, yes.
Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition
MHW continues trucking on. 2 or 3 weeks until 2 million physical?
Expected more from DQB. Maybe it will have legs?
Odyssey had a huge holiday, I'm guessing that's just the downside of that. And Zelda's legs are incredible of course.
What's supply looking like for Builders? I know Amazon sold out fast and won't have stock until mid March?
.
