Agreed, this event is basically a drag ball for rich people and associates. If you just show up in a suit that's a slightly different color, you deserve to be chopped.
More power to the women who can stand around with a smile on their face for over an hour in some of these contrivances.
I respect Gwendoline Christie going for theme[?] here, but the cape coulda been more exciting. Yellow shoes are a weird choice. But I like the hair poof!

Dwyane Wade looks gorgeous in that lilac (a colour I think a lot of gents could rock), Gabrielle Union meanwhile is a beautiful mermaid. I like that they don't match here but they keep the rainbow going from green to blue to purple.

Elizabeth Debicki pulling off what I'll say is a tough colour. Her light yellow hair, complimentary accessory, and I'm even gonna say the natural green Met Gala decor is really making the colours blend nicely.
