So I have a PC (a laptop) and I typically prefer playing all of my games on my 49 inch TV. Whenever I connect an HDMI from my PC to my TV, I experience weird framerate drops and slowdown on the second monitor (despite the performace ticker saying it's holding a stable framerate). When I use my regular laptop screen, these issues are virtually nonexistent.

Typically a PC restart fixes that issue but it's becoming pretty persistent. Anyone know what I should do at this point?

Steam, BNet had Hardware Acceleration on. Gonna see if Geforce Experience had it on too before I do my restart
