I mean, the studio that made Unsighted is working on a Megaman Legends like (at least it feels like one to me) and they are indie, it's possible they have a slot in the direct. Close enough?

The original was a Kickstarter. The release date trailer was in Nintendo's E3 2018 direct.
My mistake, was referring Silksong, even still, that's the release date trailer specifically for the Switch version as the game first came out in 2017, this time it'll come out at the same time everywhere.
All I ask when it comes to SS is they don't shadow drop it (which I don't think they would, doesn't make sense). I need the chance to clear some time, including taking time off work.
I swear if silksong isn't announced today after all this smoke I just don't know what I'm gonna do anymore guys
don't play with me like that. Even just a rerelease as is, a simple switch adaptation woudl make me cry.

All I know is that they officially announced in April 2020 that it made over 250 million Geo from just the Switch sales

There's a minimum of 6M owners of HK on Steam alone right now.
If you're getting that from SteamDB those are estimations and often way off, regardless it is almost certainly higher than that with it's insane CCU trend, but we can't say it definitively.
Going by SteamDB, rounded it down to the minimum value there. SteamSpy mentions at least 10 million but I'll go with the 'safe' guess. It's a really popular game, not a surprise if with all platforms it's over 10 million.
Putting on my clown makeup. Fingers crossed for Silksong! (I was going to say an Early Access Hades 2 trailer, but as that's for PC, not so in line for a Nintebdo Direct. Maybe a Hades 2 trailer in general?)
