I don't know very many pokemon in the grand scheme of things, anything close to a Radiodonts already?
Quaquaval did not come bursting out of the closet, quite literally shaking his tail feathers just to get this disrespect.
They could have variants with tomato, garlic, or thai sauce, where the tomato sauce one is just objectively worse than the others in every way.they should do a pizza pokemon. we already have an apple pokemon, an ice cream pokemon, a cotton candy pokemon and a pie pokemon
it's time for pizzamon
Don't forget cinnamon roll dogthey should do a pizza pokemon. we already have an apple pokemon, an ice cream pokemon, a cotton candy pokemon and a pie pokemon

Ah please no my trypophobia wouldn't be able to handle thatThe suriname toad or gastric brooding frogs might make for interesting takes on the Pokemon with attached babies concept. The former has honeycomb-shaped holes on its back which it raises its children in, and the latter is a recently extinct species which eats its eggs and has its stomach turned off until it vomits out its babies.
Damn I got clocked on a monday 🤧
That's why I didn't post a GIF!
For a less scary creature, maybe Game Freak could borrow a shoebill, the bird that Skyward Sword invented.
Also FFXIV's favorite bird, somehow capable of crossing dimensions:

Alternate Dewgong? Or evolution?
If they do another hyena Pokemon, they could take the angle where it's based on the real world scenario where the hyena is the hunter that the lion steals from instead of the pop culture depiction of it the hyena as the scavenger. Have it look like a typical Dark type but instead be a Fighting type with mostly straightforward attacks, while having a regional Pyroar or Luxray that looks more majestic than the original but is a Dark type with attacks like Snatch and Thief.
I learned that the narwhal's horn is just a single big front tooth and I hate them now.
Yeah Zigzagoon is not a Raccoon, it's colour palette should be enough to say other wise but considering how many pieces of media change Tanukis into Raccoons I guess people just haven't learnedInteresting story here.
So, I did some research and in Japan some areas refer to tanuki to mean raccoon dog, but in other places it can also refer to a badger. So that seems to be the idea...raccoon dog to badger. So then the western Galar one is a more western-y idea of a raccoon to a badger to a honey badger.
Zoroark is a fox, which in Japan have similar powers. We don't have a mystical tanuki Pokémon though.
Wildebeest
Hyena (Poochyena/Mightyena are basically wolves)
Gazelle/Antelope
Warthog
Aardvark
Next game should be set in a savannah region tbh
The man in gauze?Cant believe no one's said narwhal yet. I want one.

Reuniclus
Is certainly not a tardigrade.
I just evolved my starter to Quaquaval yesterday.Quaquaval did not come bursting out of the closet, quite literally shaking his tail feathers just to get this disrespect.

It seems to be derived partially from the armored scales of the komodo - its a mash upKommo-O is a stylized theropod though. The Japanese name is completely different.
Those are petrels, not kestrels. Petrels are seabirds, kestrels are suburban.
