Was hoping for an increased refresh rate.

Edit: Looks like the display is capable of 90Hz

Wow, way to ruin the hype with a picture of Zuckerberg by the side of it.

Really great price point. Plus with Oculus Link, it's a no-brainer.

Except for the Facebook connection, ugh.

Can I hook it up a computer and use my computer's gpu for shit?

I have an old oculus, but I hate the cumbersome setup. My comp is strong enough for vr

Sorry PSVR, thanks for the memories but it's time for me to really REALLY enjoy Beat Saber.

I hope it works with Medal of Honor and Half Life. If PS5 costs an arm and a leg then I may be going into VR instead.

Is it still worth it anyway for someone who doesn't have an actual VR headset (I'm not counting the Gear VR for my phone). I can still play Beat Saber n shit right?

Beat Saber would be better on this than on PS as you have mod support and can play untethered. You can also plug it into a VR-capable PC and have pretty much full access to that library too.

I really don't think there's anything close to competitive with this product. It's very good.

The price is kind of insane, damn. I might sell my quest 1 for this, a new all-in-one vr headset for 300 bucks is very impressive.

It is pretty amazing that almost every aspect has been improved over the original Quest and in some instances vastly improved and it is $100.00 cheaper than the original. Impressive.

I still have the original retail Oculus. At this price I'm definitely going to pick one up.

wow thats an amazing deal.

i have a PS VR with a ton of games and an oculus go for porn (which doesnt have any cameras which i really like but has video resolution limits), but i might just wait for PSVR2 because i have a ton of PSVR games, but a quest 2 is mighty tempting.

is there any chance a microsoft or sony could announce a partnership with oculus?

Curious to see how locked down it is compared to the previous model. I enjoy side loading Beatsaber and homebrew apps onto my Quest, worried that FB will go out of their way to lock that down in newer models. Will wait and see.
