This is going to sound incredibly stupid of me but did you link your Blizzard account to Twitch?I watched the streams for about five hours yesterday and did not receive any drops.
The OP has the list of streamers and the date/time! It's all on Twitch.

And you don't see any of the sprays or icons unlocked ingame?
I can't believe chunks of the community are being shitty over this. There's a lot of "I want this skin! $15 is too much, this isn't fair! I don't care about charity, give us the skin!" going on over the internet.
Guess I shouldn't be surprised due to how toxic the Overwatch community is.

Anyone having trouble with the drops? I know I've watched two hours and I think I'm at four hours by now but I've only gotten the first emblem for one hour.
You might not get a notification at all. It just unlocks in-game without any sort of warning. Plus it should take an hour or two to show up in your game according to some people.Anyone having trouble with the drops? I guess good causes don't exist right? Not a surprise with Blizzard's practices. The way they set up these events and rewards seem almost designed to create a fervor.

The skin exists because of charity. You're not entitled to it simply because you want it and paid for the game. There's nothing shitty about the implementation.Good cause or not, it's a shitty implementation.
Overwatch has always had free skins, is one of the great things about it, now unless you cough up £13 you will never get this one. I paid £25 for the game, £13 for a skin in a videogame is not justifiable to a lot of people. Charity or not.
A better way of doing it for example would have been to donate lootbox sales during an event, for one thing the 'whales' seem to spend a lot more than £13 on boxes during them, for another it gives players several tiers of donation options, so while £13 is too much, perhaps they can do the cheapo £3ish option. And it doesn't ruin Overwatch's everything can be earned free thing it's had going for 2 years now.
Paying to get a skin outright is a shitty implementation. Trying to get it through RNG loot boxes is a better implementation. What?Good cause or not, it's a shitty implementation.

If you're on XBOX or PC, there was someone on the Overwatch Reddit who I think was gifting them for people who couldn't afford the skin.Have they said anything about bringing this back someday? My wife wants it, but we're in a spot where we can't really buy anything unnecessary.

Yeah guys the event ends today so if you want the skin, the you have til the end.

I don't know if PS4 works since the gifting system is wonky or nonexistent.
http://playoverwatch.com/en-us/news/21931801Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of the Overwatch community during the Pink Mercy charity campaign, we've raised more than $12.7 million (USD) to support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
This is the largest donation by a corporate partner within one year in BCRF's 25-year history, and it's all because of you.
In addition to picking up the charity skin, players showed their support for the cause by purchasing thousands of limited-edition Pink Mercy T-shirts, available for men and women, designed by community artist VICKISIGH.
Charity stream viewers, rejoice! In addition to the $12.7 million raised through sales of the skin and T-shirt, you separately raised over $130,000 USD in donations watching 14 different Overwatch stars stream on Twitch.
