This was unfortunately and shamefully always going to land on the Palestinian Authority to take care of, it's good to see they have made some progress at least.
I expected this. Israel can't be trusted to do something good for the people it is oppressing, especially after they for some "magical" reason they allowed people from the west bank to travel inside it's borders when covid was spreading wildly inside it. Why prevent easy genocide?
It is good the Palestinian authority decided to act rather than wait. I don't like them because they always disappoint me with stuff like this but thankfully they were wise enough not to fuck up this time.

No, the story in the OP is also being reported by PBS and the Washington Post.
Israel's minister of health said that they have no obligation to the Palestinians population under their control, but that it would be in their self interest to help an adjacent population after every Israeli had been vaccinated.
Israel keeps the Palestinians in a perpetual state of poverty. Palestine has no money for basic necessities let alone the vaccine or the means to store them. They're largely relying on the charity to vaccinate their people. It's going to be a long and slow process.
Israel occupies these territories. They are currently engaged in actively depriving Palestinians of food and water. That they leave them to die when it comes to vaccinations is not surprising.
The occupation is the problem, and covid is just one more way it kills Palestinians.
And one where you don't even have to waste bullets or manpower, just simply deny them any resources to protect themselves from the pandemic in any way.
