So I started putting this post together back when I thought someone was about to break Terisus' post count in the original thread, only to find out that mobile was displaying the post counts wrong and we were years (literally) from approaching his post count. So, I figure I'd go ahead and post it here, lest it be lost to time like so much else. The dates are off but I figured I would leave them as they were when I wrote it.

Today, right at 18 months after terrisus made his final post on GAF, XXX has finally surpassed terrisus' number of posts in ParodyGaf.
TERRISUS' FINAL POST ON GAF
Terrisus was not the founder of ParodyGAF; he didn't even join the thread until we were already some 300 posts old. But he was to become our leader and standard bearer. His very first post in this thread, made more than two years ago, was received in such a way as to foreshadow his staggering contribution to our community:
TERRISUS' FIRST POST ON PADODYGAF
Terrisus went on to produce numerous classic parody threads as he helped build our ParodyGAF community into the bastion of knowledge, wisdom, and tasteful humor that it is today. Even his final post in this thread, made on 07/08/2015, is a perfect example of the type of high-minded satire for which we all strive:

Think about that - in just one short year terrisus contributed more to our community than anyone else has in almost triple that time. His prolificacy was like that of our greatest and most tragic artists. Like Jimi Hendrix, Edgar Allan Poe, or James Dean before him, terrisus burned as bright as all the stars in the clear night sky, but left us after all too brief a time.
Terrisus left us of his own free will, in order to pursue the finer things in life. I remember terrisus for his love and appreciation of the proper use of language, his affinity for Chrono Trigger, his underground hoard of aol.com trial CD's, and most importantly for his being one of the founding fathers of ParodyGAF. Plus he was just a really nice guy.

Fun fact: the name "terrisus" comes from the game "Legends of Terris" with the -US suffix indicating terrisus' homeland. You got that right, terrisus is an American, so remember that the next time you have something negative to say about America you freedom-hating commie.
Fun fact: a renaissance man, terrisus was also an elite web designer in his spare time. His personal website, http://www.TerrisUS.com, is still looked to by leaders in the field as an example of what the internet can do in the hands of a true master of his craft.
Fun fact: Masquerader made this awesome birthday thread for terrisus in 2014. (this thread appears to have fallen victim to the great OT purge of 2017)

And here is where I was going to put the post that broke Terisus' post count - sadly, that post will never exist now. But no matter - let us still reflect on the joy that Terrisus brought us, and parody on!

So I just wanted to see if there was an ERA parody urges thread and now I got all teary-eyed thinking about Terrisus. Someone should get in touch with him and invite him into the new era
I actually heard a while back that he gave up gaming and electronics in general. I guess he was getting so sick because of some sort of emf sensitivity? Someone who knows him mentioned he's been involved in winter sports .
