In the queue now. This is always the most stressful ticket buying experience every year.
Four tickets and hotel confirmed.
Or should I get four hotels?
Hotels rooms in this city are expensive and hard to come by with all the events that are usually going on. That's a great place thou.
This year I was smart about it, though. I had the Twitter pages for PAX East send me push notifications. As soon as I got the ticket notification, I went straight to the site and entered the queue.
This is the most accurate question.
Just found out about this.
On the fence whether to go this time, considering it's $53 per day now, and then flight and hotels adding to that.
I just really hope it's not freezing this time.
lol yeah. The last two times I went was just for two days, and I had some hotel points to use for a free night. Only had to focus on flights after.
Saturday's gone at this point.
Girlfriend and I will have badges for Saturday and Sunday! We also plan to stay an extra day or so to try the seafood. She loves seafood lol
You should try Neptune's oyster in the North end (great lobster roll) or Island Creek Oyster Bar near Kenmore station or Row 34 near the convention center.
Saturday is easily the best day, so it's no surprise those badges go the quickest. Usually they're gone in less than an hour. The multi-day badges would last about ten minutes.Saturday's gone at this point.
That's usually the first to go.
I always go there for my first real meal in Boston and it's always been solidSeconding this, totally do Row 34 for seafood. Unreal oysters (same owners as Island Creek Oyster Bar), and it's wicked close to the convention center in Seaport. I recommend getting a reservation a couple months in advance, but it's worth it. One of my favorite meals in Boston.
