A game that keeps the controls on the screen throughout and offers no option to turn them off. Bye.
Any game from ninja theory because of that.
This, I don't understand the appeal. All it introduces is tedium."Crafting" in actiony games -- think Far Cry, Last of Us, Evil Within. Who actually enjoys this?
I'm not making fun of you or anything, please don't think that and I apologize if I come across as I am, but this is pretty unique to me. Imo, one of the great games of all time must be totally off limits for you then- the original Nier. The main character was specifically designed to be both old AND ugly...though I just found him to be mostly old...I'm way less likely to play a game if the main character is old or ugly.
Could you explain how GTA is similar to Witcher 2 , or how COD BLOPS is similar to Fight Night Round 3? Or how about Dead Space 2 is similar to Bulletstorm? Mass Effect to Bionic Commando? Art style, gameplay, themes. How are they similar? I am really interested
Games with these these types of artstyle, setting, theme just don't interest me. The gameplay are generally the same, either fps, cinematic experience, and the graphics and color palette are somehow consistent across these games. I would give them a chance and but a few hours in I would quit and never touch them again.
One day people will learn that one one can use this image and be serious.

In 99% of cases yes, only Last of Us does it right by making it super easy and not a chore to collect crap to craft.
Weapon durability. BoTW does so much interesting and crazy shit mechanically... couldn't get through it because I fucking hated the weapon durability that much.
The font in Terraria.
Lots and lots of pixel art games that cheat at scaling and rotation or mix different pixel sizes.

So humanity turns you off? pretty board.
But you like BotWGames that don't have much if any story turn me off.
I need some kind of plot.
