I didn't even notice to be honest. I struggled and decided that it must be that it looked the post they're leaning on looks like it's going up their bum.
The biggest givaway is the overly even gradient of purple over the pants, it's unnatural in how the highlights/shade are. It's like there is a flat colour over it and stencilled out, lots of colour bleed and uneven edges also. Kinda weird.

I've time traveled from the 1990s and I can say with certainty that there is no level of camera trickery that would produce such an image. That dog was clearly turned into confetti, and I sincerely hope the heretics that made this happen were dealt with justly.
"Everything is BLUE!" I feel so sorry for her but at the same time it's funny.
