As excited as I am for even the possibility of SIE Silent Hill, I cant see it being a show-ender (before price). That seems like more GoW2 or Uncharted tease territory.

I can almost guarantee the price will leak before the actual event (unless they've literally not told any of their distribution partners yet).

I kinda don't think they'd do it on a live stream though because in a 1080p30 (or even if they manage to stream at 60 this time) low bitrate, twitch/youtube compressed stream most of the differences probably wouldn't look like much.

Even up until today, several outlets and "leakers" did not completely rule out new iPhones for this event. Also for casual consumers, Apple holding a September event basically equals to iPhone release.

Unlikely as the teardown should be in October not here. But in terms of games, I hope so!

Resident Evil 8 and Pragmata were the 2 I remember. The rest like Demon's Souls, GT7 and Horizon Forbidden West were just ones that were predicted based on past rumours, but nothing truly leaked on that front.
