200mbps with no cap now, maybe 1TB in future. Played a lot of Stream before it ended and I never used more than 400GB a month.

200mbps down 20 up, $99 a month. No cap but I'm grandfathered in to that - unlimited is only available on higher speed tiers. Suddenlink offers 1gig download and unlimited for $130 a month apparently. Until they raise the price 4 months down the road.

100/100 with 8ms ping. Could upgrade to Gigabit for $20 more a month but have no real need for it. I'm interested to see how this pans out.

No caps. Glad I moved to a fiber connection, tho I should probably check and see what I cap out at on a hard-wired connection as opposed to wi-fi.

You should really use gigabit ethernet.

Like plug directly into the router? I tried plugging directly in when we got it but the speeds weren't much faster. Maybe it was an old cable?

Honestly I don't even need Gigabit for what I do. When I signed up during black Friday and it pretty much didn't make sense to get the slower tier. I think Gigabit was only like $5 more per month and the slower one didn't come with the sign up bonuses.

175ish down 11ish up just now on Speedtest, 1TB cap. Forget what the internet part of the bill is but it's around $145 a month for that and cable with HBO and Starz on our current deal.

My provider has the following:

50
150
300
600

I went for 150, costs $10/month first year, then $30/month second year. I think it's pretty good. We don't have data caps except for mobile (but I think those will disappear in a couple of years). Never had data caps for broadband or ADSL/ISDN here, it's just plain and simple wrong to have that on a wired connection. There's like no reason. I live in Sweden. I think we usually rank 1-5th place on speed and overall connection.

My home country (in the Balkans which would equate to a lowtier second hightier third world country has data caps).

I'm on my cellphone with this speed. A bit lower latency on my wired devices.

150/20 on average, it fluctuates a bit.

1 TB cap a month. Comcast is fucking horrible to work with as well..

EDIT: I thought I should add that I use PS Vue for TV. So I stream a LOT of television, and I'm a pretty ridiculous gamer, spending lots of time in online games and buying games. And I usually sit at about 600GB a month.

I'm not at home right now, but I'm Australian so you can know what to expect.

I have ADSL2 apparently up to 20mbps, I can push it up to 18/19mbps in best case during speed tests, averages around 12mbps though. Upload is lower than 1mbps.
General connection is unstable overall, I have a handful of dropouts a day. Usually not a big deal, Netflix will suddenly go horrendously low res until the connection comes back. It's not like I buy any games that require a constant internet connection so whatever.
I live near the exchange, it's literally around the block from my house. I live in a major Australian city too, the CBD is within walking distance.

60 Mbps down, 20 Mbps up, 14 ping on 4G mobile data.
Good enough that I haven't bothered to pay for a wired connection for my PC gaming. This is 25 euros a month, no caps. Double digit terabytes of traffic in ~2 years hasn't triggered any kind of hidden cap either.

35MB down / 25MB up - 360GB / monthly. Soon enough my cap will be off as my ISP is rolling a new plan that doesn't include it if we opt-in for digital billing instead of paper bills. $30.

Price is 90 CHF(aka ~91 USD) a month, though that includes landline phone and tv.

voted 900+, but it's not uncommon for my results to be in the 800s during parts of the day.

I was paying like... 130 for 200/75 from Spectrum after they bought out Brighthouse (I loved Brighthouse). Just over a year ago At&t started a "neighborhood test" at my apartment complex for fiber. I'm paying less (83 dollars) for way faster internet now.

Thankfully, I don't have any caps.

I get fifty on a good day, when they're not throttling the shit out of me or This costs an exorbitant price for the average consumer though, being ~600 MXN per month. And while that price may not sound like much when converted to USD, keep in mind that purchase power is waaay lower here than US, Canada and Western Europe.

I literally cannot get a better internet connection in my area. There's just no higher speeds available here. I doubt I could stream anything from Stadia even if it came to my country.

No data caps

Usually wifi is enough for normal gaming, i only connect my PS4 by wire to download big games faster.

50 down, 10 up, no data cap.

The ISPs in my area offer better speeds, but my apartment building seemingly has ancient wiring going into it so I'm limited to 50.

Here's an idea, because mobile carriers already do this.

What if, Google, subsidizes ISP's so that data usage for google services, like Stadia, don't count towards your data cap. Like how some companies don't count netflix or certain music streaming services towards your data caps either.

It's google, they have the money.

Also 300 up, 15 down, 1TB cap.

Google is a company trying to make money. They could care less about your cap issues, and honestly they shouldn't. That is between the consumer and the ISP's.

My ISP is Sonic and I'm fortunate enough to use their fiber service. They advertise 1000/1000 with no caps. I'd say on average I'm pulling 750ish/600 depending on the device and whether it's wireless or hardwired.

They cared plenty when they were rolling out Fiber, but that was before they found out what it would actually take and then they dropped that shit. But you're 100% correct. Google doesn't give a shit about you and Google is a publicly traded company trying to make all of the money.
