Honestly I'm really surprised they are trying to make Twisted Metal series. They gotta have a game planned for the IP.

That one just hurts considering Superman games keep getting canned. It's so Strange Superman games never work out, if only they could find the Remedy..
I don't know about tv series, but Twisted Metal definitely should make a comeback next gen.

TLOU was revealed at the 2011 Game Awards (?). I remember Geoff Keighley hyping it up as ND big new IP reveal. Plus there were some teasers before that like news paper about the deadly fungus.

I like the idea of a GoW series filling us in on what happened between the events of GoW3 and GoW 2018.

Yup, they could have all sorts of crazy ideas realized with a game made for the next-gen SSD.

That was possible to create this generation and it still would have been boring.
I'm going to break out of lurking mode just to say, this will truly be the best |OT| in history. Can't wait for that reveal and 300 pages in one day.
I meant more that I think it'd be a cool idea if they did that. As far as we've heard , I don't believe there's been any talks of GoW anything besides the games.
But yeah, there's a lot of potental for story telling during those events, and if a TV series or movie doesn't tell it, we'll probably get another prequel game. Well this time I guess it'd be a presequel game.
My CNA training was supposed to end on July 7th and hopefully employment right after to be able to afford Ghosts of Tsushima and them maybe the next month TLoU2 but since the start date got delayed to June 22th due to covid I learned last week and there being 3 classes a week instead of 4 the training isn't expected to be completed until mid August or such so I was planning to hopefully get TLoU2 and GoT in probably September now (of course cancelling my GoT pre-order) . It is what it is 😅
You are far too kind but I'd feel awful imposing on you like that when I couldn't possibly reciprocate that generosity.
I remember seeing the cases in Gamestop after launch and seeing lots of pre-order posters but I sadly missed most of the hype, wasn't until 2014/15 that I finally heard about it lots and got to actually play it and love it!

Only 2 of the 10 OTs will have improved performance at launch, but maybe they'll patch it later.
Imho if they're going to make a movie or TV show, they need to start at the very beginning. Kratos, mortal, making a deal with Ares etc.

Yeah, but still... a lot of non-gamers won't get it. They won't know how he got the blades of chaos, why they are so important, etc.
Not sure my body as of today would be able to take one like the one back in 2013.
