I'm still hot that them neighbors coulda got them young brothas killed just for playing Smash tho.
ain't like they pulled detectives off a murder case to check in here. If they're just beat cops, getting to know the community is a good use of time between calls.
Community outreach is definitely a good use of police resources.
It most certainly is. I know several cops and building trust with your local community is imperative especially considering what the alternative can be, and most often is.
