This is the channel who leaked info. about the PSVR2 hardware last year.
I really doubt it, unfortunately.Good to see! Hopefully they're free upgrades. Now the question is if Meta will allow Beat Saber on PSVR2.
Yeah I'm skeptical. Seems like exactly the game that they'd want to keep on Meta Quest. Also, have we had any experience with them releasing any of their other games on PSVR?
The control and tracking mechanics are totally different to each other so it would make sense that they would need to be patched instead of a blanket solution. This sounds that it's the only way in order to play the older games on the new hardware. Which is sad.
Depends on how the systems are designed. From what I understand, SteamVR allows for games to work with all types of different tracking methods. The control and tracking mechanics are totally different to each other so it would make sense that they would need to be patched instead of a blanket solution.
Resident Evil 7 VR but this time with proper virtualized hands and world interactivity, would be cool.im sure some will be free, some will have an upgrade fee, and some you'll just have to outright buy again
Probably easier for Valve since they already have to deal with so many variables in terms of hardware etc.Depends on how the systems are designed. From what I understand, SteamVR allows for games to work with all types of different tracking methods.
And development of games on PC are not as low a level you can get on console and I'm sure all the complicated stuff for PSVR just connect up it was also part of how their API was first done.Probably easier for Valve since they already have to deal with so many variables in terms of hardware etc.
But different for something like a console.

Which is why I'll probably have to keep my old PSVR.Pretty sure the more niche and indie games are all being left behind as well.
Don't think so. Oculus' other games like Lone Echo and Asgard's Wrath are exclusive to Oculus platforms.Yeah I'm skeptical. Seems like exactly the game that they'd want to keep on Meta Quest. Also, have we had any experience with them releasing any of their other games on PSVR?

You just know we will get a full price psvr 2 version of skyrim.
You two are kidding, but I'd totally pay full price for a well-made port of Skyrim VR taking advantage of the hardware of PSVR2. Make it happen, Todd Howard.
Despite everyone's jeering this is the only way it works. Unless Sony published a game they don't set game prices.I guess Sony will leave the decision up to devs/publishers. Could work pretty much how the PS4 to PS5 upgrade works for games.

To be fair they still released a PS5 version of the flat game, so it's still possible IMHO.It's the one thing I'm bummed about with Bethesda being under MS, not sure if there will be efforts for a PSVR2 version.

I'll take itThat 14% stake in FS is purely to fund a PSVR2 port of Déraciné
