Recent sales update gave RE 6 another 200K sales on consoles.

It's nice to see it do well. Resident Evil 7 is almost at 6 million copies sold as well, probably going to reach that milestone before its 2-year anniversary. Glad to see the series do well, and to see how REmake 2 compares.

Well deserved. Rough gem of a game that has aged like the finest honey mead. It is a pity the modding commmunity for Capcom games never goes any deeper than model swaps.

I hope we get another game like it, RE6 was a blast and I love Chris' campaign.
Was really disappointed when I saw RE7 wasn't going to follow the formula

Nice. RE6 was great, I hope they make another mainline game similar to it.
I missed the coop in 7.

The only good thing about RE6 for me will always be the Mercenaries mode, the combat system and the animations where perfect for that mode, its a shame that Capcom cant see that and just throw all the game to the dumpster.
I cant believe they dont use just that part of RE6 and make something standalone instaed of that POS called Umbrella Corps.

I hope we get another RE with these mechanics. If they just pace the campaigns more thoughtfully, more people would learn the gameplay and see the light.

Unfortunately it did not, if you combine all the current sold copies of RE4, RE4 is around 8 million, RE5 is around 12 million, and RE6 is around 10 million.

RE7 is doing well for itself though. Game isn't even 2 years old yet and it's nearing 6 million sales.

I am blessed with the ability to love RE4, RE5 and RE6 each in their own way.

Best goddamn action trilogy ever. Hopefully RE5 and RE6 come to Switch.

RE6 is one of my favorite third person shooters ever. I just wish REmake2 borrowed some of the melee from it. Without all of the suplexes and skull splattering, sure, but RE6 melee is just so good, even toned down.

All the sliding under and moving on the ground options would work so well with dinos.

Good. RE6 is a bit trash, but its also a super fun game and a really entertaing experience overall minus the snowmobile segment.

4 is the worst out of 4, 5, and 6. Its controls are awful and makes the game not fun to play. RE5 makes it up for it with coop.
