Been sleeping like a motherfucker lately. At least 9-10 hours a night. Which is much needed-cause I've upped my workout routine. I'm hungry too
Weight loss is more about routine than anything. Good habits go a long way. Sleep regularly, eat right, make small changes to your day. I started walking home from work, just to get my heart rate up. That kind of thing! I secretly hate exercise but I know it's a necessity.Relatable minus the sleep. Worked a bit on improving my weight loss but manged to just get really lazy about it. It's mostly diet for weight loss. The big part of it like Pirate Baesaid is being able to keep at it. But what I find that worked well for me is to pretty much watch what you eat and how much. Now I'm back to eating normally because strict keto is too expensive for me but I do keep up with bodyweight/weight training routine.Relatable minus the sleep. Appreciate it! I was really motivated while managing MyFitnessPal. The day counter really got me going. Researched in what to eat but fell back on it. Was getting exercise in as well. I'll hit ya up whenever I get back going.
