Thats the part that's throwing you off and not the rest of it? That's the only part that makes a semblance of sense lol. Especially since with third person sells better by a wide margin in Japan (while it doesn't really impact the west as things sell well either way as seen with RE7 and RE2).

That's possible as it does sound too good to be true (minus the no fps part. I really love this direction).
