God of War makes sense because it will sell a billion copies and that will offset the probably significant effort to translate an incredible engine that has been created solely for Playstation hardware. Bloodborne does feel more like a forgotten project at this point but it's also running on an engine that already works on PC so maybe the barriers to porting it are quite a bit lower.
That's not to say I believe this rumor in the first place, necessarily.

I guess I could see an argument that this'll never be day-and-date with their releases, and exactly that: selling to new people once the first round is done. I wonder how many that'll push to just Wait and be happy as part of that second string.

Nioh 2 coming to PC was a no-brainer, but they had a one-year exclusivity agreement for PS4. There's zero chance a PC port would have released in October or November.
