Update: Also got confirmation that Toys for Bob is doing Spyro Reignited Trilogy in-house. They did Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy on Switch as well so it might be the very same team.
And also Alien Isolation is being ported by Feral Interactive, the same team porting Grid Autosport to Switch:

Lead developer Toys For Bob is back at it again to bring the Spyro Reignited Trilogy to Nintendo Switch, while the PC version will have the talented developers at Iron Galaxy leading the charge.
