Honestly impressed Capcom has kept their games $60 three years into this generations with free upgrades. I'm sure that'll be coming to an end soon, but I appreciate they held on so long.
Puts it squarely into "wait for a sale" territory for me. Especially since it's a remake of a game I already played so there's no need to worry about avoiding spoilers.
Precisely my feelings. $70 is reserved for pretty rare game releases for me nowadays.
Guess we'll see what happens.

Persona 5 Royal has worked very well on XCloud for me for a very large chunk of my playthrough. I've played on Xbox locally, streaming on console/mobile, and natively on PC now. Turn based and VN type gameplay makes it easy to stream acceptably.
Nah. Sega hasn't really jumped on the $70 price yet. Think this is their first title to do so

Well first it's a full remake with dozens of hours of content, if not a hundred plus. And it's on gamepass anyway.

Ouch. Isn't bascially the same game as P3? No new content? Sure the visuals are totally new/3D but I dunno. Seems kinda high.
Not really, Atlus hasn't joined the $70 club yet. I think most thought they were doing like Capcom and waiting until they went current gen only
No way am I paying $70. Especially given than they pretty much always release a better version later on anyway. I'll either wait for $20 or for the inevitable FES/Golden/Royal version.
This $70 game trend is the awful. It's frustrating that they're going to jack up the price and yet still sell day 1 DLC and tell us about all the reasons they didn't want to do FeMC.
