March would put that 3 years after their last game. I'd say that's relatively normal production length, if we're not talking enormous first-party projects like God of War or TLOU 2.
The question is more appropriately framed as "how did square make a game so slowly?" Lots of teams released a ton of stuff while FFXV flailed around in development.
Early 2019 is absolutely bonkers. Also, like others said, this is WAY earlier than I was expecting. Pretty stoked for this.

They're pretty good at reusing assets and animations. Gameplay being somewhat similar helps.

In Asia, from is publishing Sekiro, Activision is for EU and NA.
Yeah that's what I got for Bloodborne. All I need are steelbook and small art book and I'm good.
One does not aquire such a high level of insight without a few eyes.
According to the Steam page, From is only doing Japan. Asia is being handled by Cubejoy, and judging by the fact that their name is spelled in Chinese characters, I'm guessing 'Asia' refers only to China + Taiwan.
On my side, I see "Notice: This version of the game supports the following languages: Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, Spanish."
So I'm guessing India is being counted as EU like how Sony does it.
