The number for Rocket League there is global and the number for Fortnite is Europe/Australia (which I expect also includes NZ, the entire Middle East and any African country where Sony have a PlayStation Store).

It's difficult to say how much bigger Fortnite's number would be if it were global but it'd definitely be bigger than Rocket League.
