This is exciting. I have yet to finish Worlds End Game, which TBH are prob Uchikoshi/Kodaka's weakest effort to date. But AI was a ride.

What you're saying you didn't enjoy all the action sequences in the game revolving around porno mags?
/s obviously. Agree it needed to be greatly tuned down in that regard.

    I loved AI: The Somnium Files, but that's exactly why I truly hope this isn't a sequel (I wished that 999 remained standalone after how expanding upon it turned out, don't want to see that happen yet again). There was nothing else that needed to be said.

    I dunno, I'd say there was definitely room to expand, they had mentioned there being six other Psyncers who worked for AIBIS and
    the introduction of the timeline shifting happens very close to the end of the game that it feels like it's beggining for another instalment to not feel weird or jarring.
    I do see why there'd be hesitancy in a sequel, though. Though, I'd definitely be interested if we had a new protag, such as one of those Psyncers.

    I JUST finished AI the other day, this couldn't have come at a better time. Really hope it's a sequel, if for no other reason than to hear more of that outstanding voice acting.

    It's okay, If it's anything like Zero Escape, this Ai sequel will be real good, even the best. It's the one after we'll need to worry about.
