Isn't it more likely that's just a placeholder they forgot to remove / change?

How the hell are people blindly believing this? Did no one stop for a second to think that this video might definitely be fake? The voice doesnt lip sync to John and you can hear John's grunts, not Jacks.

This is fake. Has to be. If they were planning a remake DLC I doubt they'd already have fully fledged voice lines in-game while still developing it. None of this makes sense to be real.

It's hard to say, but even Mass Effect 2 had hidden dialogue in the games files at launch that was planned for DLC content. It's very common for things like that to be left in during game development.

Doubtful as they could have just used Johns dialogue instead.
