I think Activision actually owns Croc. Whether or not they are aware of that is a different story.ok, after this..i will need my Croc: Legend of the Gobbos remake..

Really? Interesting. I know Fox Interactive had owned Croc back in the back.
What was with film studios desperately trying to get into games back in the nineties? We had Fox, Universal and Disney all having game divisions. Nowadays we just have Warner Brothers.
i hope they call it 'the original xbox' just to make things even more difficult on the first xbox.Coming in September means that have plenty of time to fix Sparx.
Haha true. It will be on Xbox2 or whatever MS will call it.

crash was more the face of playstation in the 90s, and skylanders has kept spyro relevant a lot longer on multiple platforms versus what happened with crash.I am surprised its coming to xbox one at the same time. Seems Sony didn't even fight for some timed exclusivity.
That's awesome, but it's going to be a hard adjustment for Spyro 1.I just now saw this PR thing.
I'm so happy Tom Kenny is back, hearing his snarkiness in 1080p HD audio is going to be beautiful.

I didn't see anything about Croc on the LinkedIn.Unless something changed within the last year, someone on Reddit found out that someone owns him.
If they don't have Carlos back for Spyro 1 (doubt they would), Tom bringing his Spyro voice closer to Carlos' would be a good compromise. It's not bad, but Carlos' was perfect and it was rather jarring to go from that to Tom's version.Oh my god, yessssssssssssssss.
Fix the tank controls pls.
Honestly, he should already look like this.
I don't know if it's Tom Kenny in the trailer but you can hear a similar Spyro 1 voice in the trailer, so either they got someone for Spyro 1 real quick or Tom Kenny is doing a Carlos Alazraqui impression.
Saw this posted on Reddit and I gotta say I agree with most of it. Hopefully Toys for Bob has time to fix most of this stuff:

Crash was a system seller since there was more demand and sony knew that. Spyro is not as big as crash and since crash and spyro fans probably overlab Sony thinks theyve done their job.I am surprised its coming to xbox one at the same time. Seems Sony didn't even fight for some timed exclusivity.
Like the N.Sane Trilogy, it will likely be changed closer upon release to what the games looked like originally.Oh no baby what is you doing with that lighting?? :(((
That doesn't feel like Spyro at all...
He looks like a flying twig. I don't see anything wrong with them correcting his bizarre lack of legs.

Damn that's cool.Somehow missed this. Only realised it had been announced after I was checking up on Amazon US/UK bestsellers, and noticed this (PS4 version) was ahead of both God of War and Spider-Man! Damn.
Looks fantastic! Will buy.
Looks much better now. Hopefully Toys for Bob doesn't waste time trying to please people that will never be happy

I see nothing that needs fixing. I only see "this what how we imagined it, do it like this"
Yesterday I saw a beatiful game, great trailer, gorgeous screenshots. Can't wait to play it.
Please forgive me for picking you out when I've seen this sentiment expressed by a number of people, but this suggestion honestly makes no sense to me.The thing that interests me with these Spryo remasters is finding out whether these were actually good games or not. I played the first three games at friend's houses when I was a kid, and enjoyed them, but I had absolutely no way of telling how good they were when I was 9 years old. I guess I've lumped them in with other platformers I played at the time- stuff like Muppet Mutant Adventure and Forty Winks, games which I also enjoyed at the time but (like Spyro, I guess), haven't been remembered at all within the platforming/adventure video game canon.
Oh no baby what is you doing with that lighting?? :(((

I wonder how this is gonna sell given the performance of Crash N. San Trilogy.
Spyro has had he luxury of continuous exposure in the Skylanders game so he's in a better position to do big numbers.
Indeed, the remaster purist whining must stop.I see nothing that needs fixing. I only see "this what how we imagined it, do it like this"

Yeah no. If you really want the old one you can easily run it on an emulator with 4k settings. I love the new look, please don't listen to these people.
I just pressed the pre-order button out of hype. I'm part of the problem, but the originals are some of my favourites games of my youth.
I'd rather he just did what he originally portrayed in the sequels.Since Tom is doing all 3 games, do you want his Game 1 performance to try and match the original games VA, try to mimic what he did in 2 and 3 for the chatacter, or do something fully new?
Either way I'm hyped. 3D Platformers have returned.
Problem being pre-orders, which many think are ruining games. I still pre-orders games I absolutely know I'll enjoy though.
