Square Enix running a 2018 Player Survey

I remember Phil Rogers quite emphatically recognised there was demand for a new Legacy of Kain after the last survey in 2015, in which literally dozens of us went begging. But that was the last he ever said about it, so...
I thought for a while before I answered question 49 (the one about which game they should make).
It was funny realizing how much I love SQEX from the dozens of games i thought of.
It was also funny realizing how much I hate SQEX for not giving me any of the dozens of games I thought of.
P.S. As I wanted to answer with only one game, I went with Final Fantasy Tactics 2

I told them to let Motomu Toriyama out of prison and let him do interviews and make new IPs.

Same here...... It truly deserves a remake as the best JRPG/RPG ever made.
If it's the best, why does it need a remake? Just play it again.

Asked them localize the 3DS version of Dragon Quest XI, make another Final Fantasy Tactics and begged them to bring the Star Ocean 2 PS4 version to the west.

The graphics are Very bad in some places
Edit: to correct myself before Someone posts awesome mecha pics, the biggest problem is the res. With high Def enviromnents and backgrounds the game would be perfect, but the low res gives some blurry or pixelated images sometimes.
I would like to add the Second cd is rushed because of $$$ so the true visiono or only a better Pace at that cd is a dream.

Well the dream is a Ubiart-style remake with Amano-style hand-painted art throughout, but that is really unlikely to happen. And I think what Octopath Traveller does with pixel art is a really fun way of modernising it, and would sing with the classic designs of FFVI.

I asked them to give one of their Western studios like Eidos a crack at a FF spinoff.

I'm always tough in these surveys and simplify my answers while being very to the point. While also reflecting my answers to see where I want the company to be headed as a consumer.
Writing down things like:

I don't see that happening unless a big downgrade if the kh 0.2 game is an indicator very demanding game even ran at 900p 30fps on PS4, maybe they improved the full game KH3 over time tech wise but still I got no hope for it

Yeah, which is why it's time to reboot the franchise and set it in New York again or another city.
When Resident Evil 2 lights up the charts Square Enix has got to take notice and bring back Parasite Eve.
