YepThey've been using rollback since SFxT so it was more of a question if it's good rollback.
MvCI has good rollback, so I'm not worried. They've been using rollback since SFxT so it was more of a question if it's good rollback.
I think Max will ask those questions.People are asking the wrong question. Every Capcom fighting game since SFxT has had rollback.
The question is what improvements have they made since MvCI?
How is the shift to RE Engine effecting it?
Is the slower frame data to help the rollback be more stable?
Is there crossplay?
Stop asking if there will be rollback. Of course it will.
Yeah. Same. I would bet that the netcode will be super smooth this time around.
Given that everyone would have been able to guess this, and not all rollback implementations are equal... almost nothing.
Assuming that MvCI's netcode is the basis, playing online won't feel like a nightmare.
SFV's rollback netcode I've always felt was pretty damn good, especially for it's time. So I'm imagining this is gonna be sublime.

Basically it eliminates the delay by predicting your input

If you mean Ps and Xbox? like 1%
I feel on fire when my passion Flow !rollback to rise
rollback to glow
rollback to fly
rollback to soar
The hope is that it's the good one from MVCI here and not SFV's version.SFV and MVCI had rollback netcode, so this is not surprising. Good to have it confirmed though I guess?
I'm not so sure about that. Plenty of games offer crossplay across all devices. If capcom wanted it they can get it. It's a different time and situation this time around.
