I really appreciate the throwback in the game title. But... do they seriously plan to release Galaxy 2 separately? If they really wanted to have 3 games instead of 4, I would have much rather them drop Sunshine.

This being out in 15 days already is amazing, and them bundling them together means each game comes out at 20 or so, which is something I'd pay for these games individually. In fact I'll probably just use the 2-game coupon thing to get this and 3D World, so 4 3D Mario games for 25 each. Galaxy 2 is an odd omission but I wouldn't be surprised to see it as DLC down the line. There's no rush, I'll have four Mario games to play through, so take your time.
As expected, they did the bare minimum, not even touching any of these textures and not even 16:9 for 64.

It's so baffling. It was left out of the "here's how many Mario games can be played on Switch" part and it stuck out like a sore thumb.

Galaxy 2 + SM64 with a Mafia/Halo Anniversary/Bluepoint style remake would maybe be worth $60, this this ain't it. Doesn't sound like they're making any improvements to Sunshine either.

Honestly I dislike that they used the "All Stars" name. The original had four games with fully updated graphics and music. These are just ports
So looks like 64 is just a port, Sunshine is 30fps and Galaxy doesn't have the spin remapped to a button. None have reworked textures, and Galaxy 2 didn't make the cut.

Legit surprised these are in a collection and not sold individually. Phew. Sunshine is the main thing I wanted so that's cool. I do wish these received more visual upgrades than just a resolution boost though.
So they basically did minimal work and are charging full price for the collection? Guess I vote with my wallet again, but it's really fucking annoying lol.
