Sad but very, very understandable considering that they haven't been able to produce a strong game since the first two.

Hopefully they'll look the other way considering his vague Instagram posts have brought more hope and excitement to the Monkey Ball fanbase than anything Sega's done in 18 years.
I really hope he's referring to a remaster of Super Monkey Ball Deluxe here. That game with more characters and some reworked stages...ohh manOh snap I somehow missed this reply as well:

Retro mode has my hyped. I bet the main game allows the monkey ball to jump, but retro mode has no jumping. just a hunch!
