Going by google translate it just talks about the "complete package" so presumably this is just a literal retail package of Tetris 99 with both offline and online offerings bundled with NSO.

Not a bad package.

Hmm.. that's a good package but the game feels better as a download that's always there at a click of a button rather than a cart you have you put in and take out.

I could have sworn the site used to say only the first part of the DLC would be on the cart and you'd still have to download the second part (the content that's not out yet), but if it did, it doesn't say that anymore.
