Such a good tone setter. A good title screen pretty much serves as a overture for video games.
Mafia 3 didn't do much for me but the title screen with All Along the Watchtower and then that amazing intro cinematic was amazing.

For me, the iconic Resident Evil in every RE title screens, but this one is my favorite one.

I am going to throw in Ninja Gaiden 2 (NES). The intro had me and my friends ridiculously hyped about that game. Insane what they were doing with probably like 64kb of storage and that sound chip.

Yeah came here to post this. Title screen and music is cool as shit in Prime.
Both Skate Or Die games have incredible press start screens (primarily because of their music).
