There's going to be no Xbox One anymore.

This directly replaces the Xbox One X and they will be removed from the market.

it's really not that hard.

They aren't removing the one x and one S from the market when the series x launches. No console manufacturers do that. They sell the old model for a while after.

It is partly why I find it odd they announced it before the year is done.

My personal belief is, should Lockhart exist from day one of next-gen, that the Xbox One X is retired and thus Xbox One Series X is no longer a confusing name from that perspective.

I roll my fucking eyes so hard when gamerzzz think the average consumer is some dumb people that is not used to products nowadays having a entry model and a high-end one

You'll never go broke betting on the stupidity of the average consumer.
