I hope that sometime after the launch of the PS5 they split the playerbase and allow PS5 specific levels that fully utilize the spec upgrades. It will be amazing
I might get Dreams just to download these sort of maps to escape from the house as if I'm actually there, I hope there are more levels like this it looks so good!

No. Everything in Dreams so far is made only with the creation tools available. Though you can import audio using a mic.
Edit: You can't export from Dreams either, but Mm is working on that.
Not at the moment. Because models are not made using the usual triangles and poly and they are made from flecks. Hencewhy, the game has such a distinctive look.
