Infinity Ward helped on the MWIII campaign.I still don't understand how Infinity Ward gets to just get by scot free by not helping any of the other studios. They always get a full 3 years of development time with multiple studios helping them out but you never see them having to be rushed to put a game together in a short time frame.
In a way that's good for the employees but it seems so unfair to Treyarch and Sledgehammer who get fucked with shorter releases while IW gets seemingly special treatment.
Don't give them stupid ideas.

most if the writing and cutscenes are IW
I'm not worried at all, give me zombie chronicles 2 for 2025I was worried about this. Right now the rumor is 2025 is supposed to be another MW3 style game, but for Black Ops 2. At least it means 2024 is getting a ton of attention from Treyarch, could be the best one since 2019 at this rate.
Nah the ol girl been breaking down here and there for the last few years. What the hell is going on there? It was a well oiled machine for years

I mean, now that it's under Microsoft can't they just.... Not release a 2025 game? Does there absolutely NEED to be a 2025 CoD?
So they're gonna do 2024 and 2025?? Sheesh
Eventually the fans are gonna just go somewhere else to get their fix. This is insanityThey didn't spend $70B to not release games. Its' coming out whatever state it is.
1. 3 jetpack games in row. What the hell is going on there? It was a well oiled machine for years
Activision won't go a year without a $70 release and Sledgehammer kinda screwed themselves sadly
Obsidian doesn't read any of the memos from corporate, develops a COD themed top-down CRPG.
Huh? MWII(2022) was the best selling game in the series. Those dev cycles are barely sustainable. CoD does not need to be a yearly game anymore. Hell, I think this franchise needs a major shakeup as it's already overstaying its welcome, and I think sales data for the past couple releases can strengthen it
That worked so well the last *checks notes* 2 times that happened...If BF7 does comes out during fall 2025 and COD is troubled again, they could not have asked for more.
Battlefield would just find some way to take an L again. If BF7 does comes out during fall 2025 and COD is troubled again, they could not have asked for more.
My bad, but Vanguard and especially MW3 failed to meet their expectations. Regardless it'll sell millions we all know that, and if that's good enough for MS they'll probably won't interfere too much
