You can visit the website to mouse over each candidate to see the exact response cited, too.

Lots more at the link of course, but a lot of people seem to assume campaign's stance on issues.

Why don't Warren and Sanders support a Carbon Tax? Pretty sure Sanders used to.

Why don't Warren and Sanders support a Carbon Tax? Pretty sure Sanders used to.
Specifically:
"While [Sanders] has, in the past, introduced federal carbon pricing legislation in the Senate, the IPCC report makes clear that our window for action is closing," a campaign spokesman told The Post. "So, if we are to solve the issue of climate change, a price on carbon must be part of a larger strategy and it must be formulated in a way that actually transitions our economy away from fossil fuels and protects low-income families and communities of color."
Sorta wishy-wash. Like the way they responded to the question was both referring to his old stance not being the new one, but also saying carbon pricing has to be done differently. So "open to it" is where he stands. If you want the "why" of any given position, I suggest visiting the site and mousing over the response.

Warren's spox response was just bluntly that she was open to it.

de Blasio was best on ICE. Then you've got Yang over there with Delaney and Ryan for keeping it as is. Gross.

For being a front runner, Biden appears too much on the 🤷‍♂️ column

Considering the format here is that they sent questions and the campaign could respond however, that was very much planned non-responses. For some of those answers, it's kinda weird cause you can see that Biden has taken stances on these issues in the past(Just mouse over and WAPO will show you whether there's no info on that issue, or it was answered elsewhere). Some of the questions are even answered on his website but the campaign chose not to respond. Weird.
