Again 20$
How was anybody gonna buy Smash, Bayo 3, or MP4 if 20$ is the breaking point
Yes.
Again:Maybe they don't want to pay an extra $20 on top of that especially when the online solution is using a phone app.
They could definitely still be working on Wolfenstein: Youngblood or DOOM Eternal; this likely isn't their only job at the moment.
Fortnite doesn't use a phone app for voice chat or anything else.Maybe they don't want to pay an extra $20 on top of that especially when the online solution is using a phone app.
We'll have to see if Nintendo let's F2P skirt by without a sub.
Either way it's 20$ for the year. You wouldnt have a Switch if you couldnt pay that.
And I forgot Paladins! That's 3 popular games right of the bat for free!
Reminder that console and PC have no crossplay or cross-progression due to consoles being behind on updates. Would be nice if they changed that with the Switch but I'm not expecting it.
It definitely did when it first launched, but they've turned it around into an amazing example for other studios to follow:

oh snap
how accounts gonna work? Would love to take my PC account there, since I know that isn't happening on PS4 ever.
Dang that sucks for me.
Plains of Eidolon and the new Venus location are the areas I'm concerned about. Thigns obviously got patched on the PC but not sure how console turned out. I think the rest of the game should be just fine though. I assume this is going to be 30fps though which will take some getting used to so since Warframe is so fast but if DOOM and Wolfenstien 2 can still feel very fast even at 30fps I'm sure Panic Button should be able to do okay here. This is cool, but how is it gonna run?
Last time I played was when the open world thing was added on PS4, and that was barely hitting much over 10fps.
Because this was announced at the Warframe convention, for the fans. This would have made a great E3 announcement... Why Nintendo choosed not to, I dont know.
Visuals are nice in the trailer but frame rate not good at all it seems, hopefully it changes by release (or with later updates). Also I think this is a game they need to tone down visuals more in favor of performance than usual, it's better for it to play well than look flashy (and its art stylish is stylish anyway so it can do without some effects and still look neat).
Plays extremely well on XBO.I have no club how to play this with a controller though. Been PC (keyboard and mouse) since the beginning.
You wouldn't really want that. PC updates come in HOT, and they need to be able to update rapidly to fix bugs and mechanics that aren't working as intended. Having to wait for console cert for that would have a significant detrimental effect on the development of the game.Reminder that console and PC have no crossplay or cross-progression due to consoles being behind on updates. Would be nice if they changed that with the Switch but I'm not expecting it.
Check out the Okami HD thread...people are cheap as hell lol.
PS. Arena of Valor as well.
In the past a Nintendo console was quite useless without purchasing some titles with it. This Holiday season i can see the system selling just based on being able to play Fortnite and co. on it. Smart.
I'm not sure how the current console versions run, but Warframe (outside of Plains of Eidolon) runs insanely well on most hardware. Even my laptop with integrated graphics can get 60 FPS at 720p, so I wouldn't be too worried about the performance.
What difference does it make when the game is announced as it comes out? This would have made a great E3 announcement... Why Nintendo choosed not to, I dont know.
