Literally every publisher faces these issues. All we can hope for is that they get spotlighted, like you did in your post and Kim bravely did in hers, and a change develops. 100s of people make these games and work extremely long hours with their only reward being death threats from the fans. I will be excited for the good devs. Not for the publishers but for the good devs.
The "good devs" I'm pretty sure will be pissed off and furious at their employers,
not the people calling out on their employers bullshit. And I'll assume you didn't mean it, but generalizing by saying that "literally every publisher faces these issues" only serves to take off the heat and relativize WB Games responsibility on this.
We need to do better. We need to demand WB Games to take responsibility and properly act on stuff like this. I own both Arkham City's and Arkham Knight's collectors editions, I'm a fan of their games, but deflecting and shrugging it off is not the way to go. They wanted a "positive" games reveal? Fine, maybe do their fucking job properly managing their companies by not allowing sexual predators to get away with it next time.
If WB Games can't deal with that, they don't deserve anyone's support. Saying that implies that "every place is like this" is part of the reason they think that can get away with shit like that. Let's not enable this kind of environment any longer.
