Just recently I found out the 20 week scan and all the blood tests to find out if you were giving birth to a child with disabilities is optional? Wtf.

That's kinda fucked up dude. Kids with disabilities require a lot of assistance and you should have the ability to prepare if needed. It can be costly and it's not something that should be sprung on someone.
