I hope they do less CGI next season as it mostly is distracting. I'm very interested in the set up for next season and I'm glad there's a next season. How much of it is just FX wanting to keep Taika around as his star rises?

For better or worse, I think the CG will continue especially with Colin Robinson.

Aside from cameos, Waititi really hasn't contributed to the show since season one, and he's already helped give FX another show anyway. I don't think that's a significant factor.

I kinda felt the lack of Jemaine in the writers room this season. It was still really good, but a bit of that sardonic edge was missing. Hard to put a finger on it.
