Also no black males, so no Nelson or Bandeiras, and no pre-14 chars like Seth, Duck King, Lucky Glauber or Heavy D.
SNK are desperately trying to make KOF15 a success, and are sanding off near every possible edge in the effort, in order to make 15's bum as smooth and shiny as possible. (Not that black chars are "edges". Don't get me wrong. But they're usually lower on the popularity rung, esp. in Japan)
