The costumes from the 60's Batman series and movie are just amateur hour stuff. You can get that level of quality from an off the shelf rental place.

Still looks great in its simplicity even if the material they used for the leotard wasn't great. Superman Returns would have been great if the shield wasn't so tiny.

It's the shape of the skull cap it think. I don't even think a chin strap would save it. He does look fine with out it though.What a fucking downagrade
