Xbox to Present Developer_Direct, Returning on January 18 - Xbox Wire
You’re about to get an exciting look at some of the incredible games ahead with Xbox, as we present a new edition of Developer_Direct on Thursday, January 18.news.xbox.com
Please note that while this show won't have updates on games from Activision Blizzard, you can look forward to news from those teams later this year.
Yeah, I'm gonna grab a pack for the kid then get one for the kid since you get a lot for the money but not going TOO wild.
As long as we get a date it doesn't matter that much lolExcited for the direct but also can't help but laugh at more BTS footage from Ninja Theory!! Lol
I actually like that as an OT name when Indy gets shown.
Xbox Game Studios + Bethesda + ABK | OTXXIX | The Temple of Doomers
I can forgive Ninja Theory for more behind the scenes footage if they give us a release date.
What an incredible line-up. And it's just January :O
I was hoping for Towerborne but god damn I'm hyped!
If you knew when it's coming out, not really.Indy is shocking, really surprised we will be seeing that already.
Think Towerborne beta going live right now thingThere is an empty spot in the top left. Assuming it's Kiln or Towerborne. Also does this mean Indy is this year? Would be weird to have it in the direct otherwise. This may finally be the year where the game flood gates truly open.
'big eyes"
"Senua's Saga: Hellblade II: Ninja Theory take us behind the scenes at their studio in Cambridge to give us some insight on how they are crafting Senua's Saga: Hellblade II. The team will speak to the ambition and meticulous care involved in creating Senua's journey of survival."
I imagine they're showing less of Hellblade (compared to Avowed) because we just got that trailer, but hopefully we still get a date.

At this rate, I feel like it might be more of a big E3 style reveal tbhABK games on GP feels like a dev direct segment or a blog post personally
Agree there, if they at least give a date they can show us all the over-the-shoulder monitor clips they want. Taking a page out of BioWare's book lolAs long as we get a date it doesn't matter that much lol
If it is May, there's plenty of time to show more gameplay before then. Maybe a standalone 15-20 minute Direct even.
or not
Excited for the direct but also can't help but laugh at more BTS footage from Ninja Theory!! Lol
Indy 2024 is not something I had on my bingo card but it immediately becomes my most wanted game of the year. Hope it shows well.
I hope Indy at least has music by John Williams. I know it's a stretch and he probably wouldn't score a game….but I can dream.
Same lol. I mean I know it's been a bit since their last title but still.
Tbf, the Dev_Directs have yet to have a game shown that doesn't come out that year! Small sample size tho. 😂
Yeah, that's true. But I still don't want some off brand composer butchering the motifs. It's not Indiana Jones without the Raiders March. Williams obviously won't be scoring it but it'll take some of his work for certain.
