I feel like for me, I stop sucking as soon as I drop the M4. Literally any other gun and I do decent, even the pistol. It's so weird.

Crossplay != cross-gen
Crossplay in this game is between PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. If you disable it, you just play against people on whichever of those you're on.
Does this game have cross progression?

theres cross progression. my gun levels are the same on pc and ps5.
theres no crossplay tho, even tho i have them turned on, and i even turn off inputbase mm on pc to see if i can see there's any console player in my match or not too.
I wonder if it's some bug. Even when I played on PC it would show me they were on console and using controller when I got into a match with input based mm off.
I dont know if its just me being bad or the maps being a circular rat maze or the spawns being stupid but I swear to god like 85% of my deaths in this game are just being shot in the side or from behind. I think I am getting close to the point where I uninstall.

the map in this game has high vantage point being open to everyone to shoot at you. and most case you only have like a window view to shoot thru.
guess its to turn off ppl from constant camping those spot.
theres not alot of power position where you can set camp and aim down a corridor like in some of the cod maps lol
so yea, alot of fight will end with you killing some1 in front then getting shot on the side afterward
I feel like 90% of my Escort missions is my team maximizing 110% of their potential and getting it 20-25%, then the enemy team wins the next round beating it in 15 seconds lol.
I THINK I like the M4A1 the best out of the AR. The ACR and the MDR (or whatever the battle pass weapon is) are alright.

I forgot that this game does not have any snap on aim assist, explains a lot when it comes to overshooting on ads.
I just can't click with the P90 and it's killing me lol. It just feels like it's doing outside of it's damage range level damage at all ranges.
It's very easy to see cloaked characters in general lol. There may be a scope that reveals them more, but even with no optic attachments you can see a cloaked person clear as day if they're just running about in the open.
Damn okay. I saw people complaining about cloak being OP and thought it was worth a damn.
This has been happening so much to me. I'll get the jump on someone only for them to turn and kill me in like one second or less lol.

The ability is bad, you're not even invisible and it gets worse when you move or aim. Also the other ability Intel Suit (which is ridiculously good) reveals you anyway.
I see all the sniper gods are coming into the game.

Similar but I think the ads and hip fire accuracy increase from the laser, and 40% faster reload are very beneficial.
Need more folks who'll happily join in creating a human phalanx with the shield around the payload in escort. It's soo fucking easy too move it up like that
I don't know if you're familiar with TimeSplitters 2/Future Perfect, but it's like the invisibility power up from there, so you're just sort of a blobby, kind of see through person, not completely invisible.
Yeah, i dont hate the game btw, i was getting Player of the match every time, it just didnt click as much and when i could play because of the update i asked myself: "do I really want to play this or is just me looking for another shooter?" So i deleted it.
At least in my experience so far, the sniper players seem to have come from BF and as such are allergic to playing the objective.
Like I just had a match where one enemy sniper was dominating the lobby on the zone capture mode until we just decided to sit on the objective rather than chase kills, and they never tried to approach or anything, just farming to keep their k:d as high as possible with no care if they win or lose. So their team was playing a 5v6 against us until we had to rotate to a new zone, then the sniper would pick a few off.

What gun are yall running? I've only been using the AK and finally made a load out that works well with my play style. I've been killing it the last two days.
I must be playing a different game because I maybe come across 2-3 snipers at most in one match and they're never really any good. I'll just jump around and move side to side and win a good amount of em. They're only a real problem in one or two maps.
They gotta do something about the bunny hopping though, that's the only thing that annoys me. I haven't really experienced many of the issues voiced here which I'm grateful for lol.

same tho i was getting consolation awards but i'd rather have my ass handed to me in a more dignified manner in cod, the finals or any other polished game 😝
in all seriousness, i was hyped initially but the first few matches left a terrible taste. when precious time is becoming increasingly limited, i want to have a GREAT experience and not waste it on mediocre ones
Can you unlock normal skins/camos in this game? All I see is the mastery camos but no standard camos, or are they all behind a paywall?
At least so far only via the battlepass. There's a few twitch drops and u-club ones etc though, but nothing unlockable ingame yet. This might change later on but it's a free game so i wouldn't hold my breath on a lot of free/earnable ones.

Game felt so bad tonight, I'm already done after 10 minutes. I'm not playing this when it's this bad.
Until they fix the hitreg/netcode, this is how I'm handling my playtime with the game lol
