Came in to vote for Sweet & Sour Sauce. It's the only dipping sauce I've ever used across my 44 years. It's not an option in the poll. Oh, well.

Glad I don't use hot sauce for dipping since I chose ranch. I'll just drizzle my hot sauce over what I'm eating like a normal person and continue to dip in ranch.
imo hot sauce is a nessisary condiment to always have on hand because a lot of american dishes are bad at balancing

In that case hot sauce. My dipping sauce is either sriracha, wasabi or chilli sauce I make myself.
BBQ sauce is a popular dipping sauce for chicken fingers and chicken nuggets. I'll dip my fries in BBQ sauce too.
For me, BBQ sauce is too sweet to eat without first cooking it over a flame and burning off the sugar.
