I am way more concerned about Bruce Timm pushing Bruce X Barbara again over anything JJ could do.
A mystery box, but inside the box is some bat-themed négligée Bruce made for Barbara
Shitting on Timm because he did some things you don't like as opposed to the large swath of great he's done is a take.
Same with Abrams though.

Interesting casting. Quaid seems like more of a Jimmy Olsen than a Superman, but I'm intrigued.
If anything, we should be hoping that the people surrounding Timm pull him in a bit.
Yeah it turns out having something other than Batman every once in a while helps with that.
Nah I'd still have him as a frontrunner for developing reboots and soft reboots. Just don't let him direct a conclusion to a series lol.
It will likely be a quality show, but I can't help but groan at yet ANOTHER Batman animated series. Feels like there are a lot of characters that could use this treatment.
Another era, another Batman toon. I'm interested, but to say I wished this kind of talent could be put to work for other members of the DC pantheon is an understatement.

A lighter, day-in-the-life Superman series sounds like a lot of fun. What I liked about Supergirl before it got mired in the more "heroic action" end of the pool.
