When he was that age, my son really enjoyed Mario Kart (with every assist turned on and using the controller as steering wheel). Things that are freeform are probably better at that age. Super Mario Galaxy, for example, is likely to be more appropriate than SM3DW, with the caveat that most of her time would be just frolicking around rather than really progressing in the game. You could also maybe try the lego games.

MPT on Switch being a challenge and literally done are in no way contradictory.
I don't think this guy was working at Retro during the time it MPTHD would've been developed if it was done already, though I'm not sure on that. All he's really saying is that it would be difficult to port over, but that doesn't mean it hasn't already happened.
Just because it's a challenging task doesn't mean it's impossible. It could be done and sitting with Nintendo, they have been known to withhold games from releasing for long periods of time.

My advice would be Kirby: star allies; it looks super cute, it is easy to play, there are no jumps that cause death and you can play the game with her....there is some reding to do though.
Well SMT3, Ys9, MHS2, and (hopefully!) SMT5 will all be out this year! Actually I think that other than missing some of the classics (Chrono Trigger, the early FFs) Switch might be the best JRPG console of all time, or at least is well on its way there.
Ive been waiting for SMTV for so long. Excited for SMTIII. Should probably buy it now in case it's rare physically.

Outrage is the codename of the Switch Resident Evil game. It seems to be Revelations 3 or at least it was at one point in development but who knows they may change the name.
Same. There are still a lot of questions with SMTV, since we've seen so little about it. What the gameplay looks like, for one, like is it using the same press turn system from SMTIVA? Also, will it continue in that game's vein of having a little more of the "friendship" JRPG bleedover from Persona? I don't care too much, but I know a lot of SMT diehards had beefs with it. And I do agree its story was worse than vanilla 4.
I agree, especially for such a "core" franchise like this.
Not every Tales game
lol. I mean, it isn't GOOD, but it's not horrendous or anything. Mediocre but playable. Definitely bottom-tier Tales, but I wouldn't complain about a port.

Some elements have changed a lot. Mainline Resident Evil games tend to constantly heavily change internally until the very last months of development. Route B was added in RE2make like 3 or 4 months before release lol
