So like if I wanted to play Final Fantasy 16 and said FF16 was just a standard single player jrpg I can't play it unless I subscribe to squareenix and required to pay monthly?

I"m considering paying $9.95/month for game pass because it seems determined to give me great variety in gaming including regular first party blockbusters and some anticipated indies

value/relevance for a SquareEnix service will be difficult imo

I was gonna say, I'm really happy with EA's Origin Access, and it's 20£ per year.
